Christmas vacation

i almost feel like i'm a teenager again -- at least for a few weeks! i've been staying up until 2 am and sleeping til 11 am! i do get up at 9 in the morning and fix juice and muffins and turn the tv onto cartoons so the girls will let me sleep (see i'm not totally neglecting my children's needs). i don't usually let them watch much tv but i figure it's vacation so a little won't hurt them, right?! granted i still have to cook meals, clean pee off the floor (my baby has had a few potty training accidents lately), do laundry, etc. but compared to my usual days - it's a vacation! the girls have been so occupied by all of their new toys, my kindergartner doesn't have school (so no pressing schedule there), i'm not watching my 1 year old "weekday baby" again until jan. 5th (so i don't have to wake up early for her). after the crazy weeks i had leading up to christmas i think i deserve this break! okay, so i guess i am a teenager - just one that has a lot of chores!
